Show promotion team will reach out to vendors upon registration submission to go over show entry, access and day of event schedule, information and more.
By submitting a Sponsor registration all business will have a premium space on the expo floor and we ask sponsor partners to support the success of the expo by promoting the Expo to their contacts and social media following as will the Iron Girlz Weekend sports community do the same for its sponsor partners. All sales are final. There are no refunds as space is limited and once booked that space no longer is available to other businesses. All parties agree to conduct themselves professionally and understand that there are no drugs, loud profanity, animals or unprofessional behavior allowed at the expo or persons will be required to leave.
